Start a new job
Click 'New Job' in the sidebar. Paste an IAAI or Copart listing URL, or enter a VIN manually. Autowalk decodes the make, model, year, and trim automatically.
Upload your photos
Drag and drop the auction photos from your phone or computer. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, HEIC, WEBP. Minimum 2 photos recommended; up to 20 accepted. Licence plates are auto-blurred.
Review and submit
Preview vehicle details and click 'Generate'. Processing typically completes in 8–12 minutes.
Download your assets
You'll get an email when assets are ready. Open the job in your inbox to download individual files or a ZIP of everything.
What is one 'job'?
One job = one vehicle. Each job produces: up to 20 studio-quality images, 3 short-form videos (9:16, 16:9, 1:1 aspect ratios), a 360° spin viewer embed, and listing copy for Marketplace, Craigslist, AutoTrader, eBay Motors, CarGurus, and Dealer website.
What photos do I need to submit?
Any photos work — including blurry, low-light, or damaged reference shots from an auction yard. You can also paste an IAAI or Copart listing URL to import photos automatically. Licence plates are automatically blurred before processing.
How long does processing take?
Typically 8–12 minutes per vehicle. You'll receive an email when your assets are ready to download.
Does it work on salvage and total-loss cars?
Yes — that's exactly the use case Autowalk is built for. Our AI generates marketing imagery that shows the vehicle's best attributes, not the damage. Buyers see a professional presentation, not auction lot photos.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your billing settings — your credits remain usable until end of the billing period. Top-up credits never expire.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You can top up any time — 3, 10, or 25 credits. Top-up credits are consumed after your plan credits run out. Or upgrade your plan for a better per-job rate.
Do the generated images look realistic?
Yes. Output passes as professional studio photography. Dealers use it for Facebook Marketplace listings, dealer website galleries, and social media ads — buyers cannot tell the difference from a traditional photo shoot.

How does bulk upload work?
Pro and Dealer plan users can upload a CSV file with multiple VINs or auction URLs to process up to 50 vehicles at once. Available from the Bulk Upload page in your dashboard.
Can I use the API?
Yes — Pro and Dealer plans include API access. Generate an API key from your dashboard, then POST to our REST API to submit jobs programmatically and retrieve assets via webhook.
